1. Online Pricing:

We offer economical pricing on our products. The published rates on the website may change without any prior notice, particularly in the case of any unforeseen circumstance or policy change by the service providers.

2. Booking or Confirmation:

A confirmation of booking is an indication that the customer has added the product to the cart and accepted our terms. In unforeseen circumstances, any booking that is modified will be well notified in advance.

3. Methods of Payment:

For travel products, we accept payment by cash and bank transfer or deposit in our company bank accounts. Credit card payment for online transactions, such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, is accepted after confirmation from the merchant.

4. Confirmation of Payment:

The evidence of payment to relate to your service or product purchase from our website or in our office will be the generated receipt. Our accounts and travel staff will generate receipts after successful transitions.

5. Product Cancellation Policy:

Trips amended 48 hours prior to confirmation time will be free of charge as per the new available schedule. If any changes are applicable in less than 24 to 48 hours, 50% cancellation charges will be applicable. No-show (24-hour) trips are subject to 100% cancellation charges. Visa products are nonrefundable.

6. Itinerary Amendments Policy:

Tour itineraries and services covered in the package are subject to change based on local weather conditions and airline schedules. The customer will be provided a suitable option as per availability at a similar price. Refunds for services will not be provided for unforeseen circumstances like floods and earthquakes.

7. Hotel Accommodation Policy:

Check-in and check-out policies will be applied as per hotel policy; in the event of no available room, customers will be provided accommodation in a similar budget and standard hotel. We do not take any responsibility for early check-in or late check-out at the hotel.

8. Travel Insurance Rules:

We advise you to purchase a travel insurance policy for safe trips, which include medical emergencies, loss of passport, baggage loss or delay, accident and injury, and cancellation of trip.

9. Visitors Travel Documents:

Before planning any type of international trip, customers are requested to check their visa eligibility, ID cards, and passport validity. It is also advisable to get all the information from the embassy or consulate for the procedure in an emergency. Travel documents are totally the responsibility of the guest. No refund will be provided if any trip is canceled due to a lack of proper travel documents.
